BrightVision (Panel 3) is operational and available for normal use.

This is not an outage or service interruption notice.

The BrightVision development team continues actively improving the platform following the major infrastructure upgrades completed over the past several weeks. Live TV and Video on Demand (VOD) are operational, new VOD content continues to be added, and additional improvements are already underway.

Current VOD Status

VOD is operational and customers may continue using it normally. New movies and television episodes continue to be uploaded and added to the library as usual.

During periods of heavier usage, some VOD titles may occasionally experience buffering. This may be more noticeable with older or less-popular content, while popular and frequently requested movies and series are being prioritized for the best possible performance.

Occasional buffering on an individual VOD title does not mean BrightVision or Panel 3 is down. If one title is having difficulty, you may try another title and return to it later.

More Improvements Are Coming

BrightVision is continuing to invest in additional hardware, capacity, and infrastructure designed to further improve VOD performance, particularly during periods of heavy usage.

The developers are preparing the next stage of infrastructure expansion, which is expected to provide additional resources for the VOD platform and significantly improve performance once fully deployed.

There is currently no confirmed completion date for this next phase, so please avoid relying on estimated dates or times. We will provide meaningful updates as additional information becomes available.

This continued investment is important because BrightVision is not simply maintaining the existing platform. The development team continues working toward a larger, stronger, and more capable service for the future, with additional improvements planned beyond the current VOD work.

Experiencing Looping or Playback Issues?

There is an important difference between occasional VOD buffering during peak usage and a device that repeatedly loops, reloads, or fails to maintain playback.

A small number of users may experience looping or playback issues caused by outdated cached playlist information, ISP interference, application settings, or other device/network conditions. If you're experiencing looping, continuous reloading, or persistent playback problems, please follow our complete troubleshooting guide.

Full Troubleshooting Guide: Fix Looping, Buffering, and Reloading in BrightVision (Panel 3)

The guide includes step-by-step instructions for TiviMate and other popular IPTV applications, including clearing cached playlist data, restarting your network equipment, changing streaming formats (TS/HLS), VPN recommendations, and additional troubleshooting tips.

VPN Recommendation

If channels are not loading or playback is inconsistent, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be interfering with IPTV traffic. This can affect BrightVision, NexTV, and Apollo Group TV.

The BrightVision development team recommends NordVPN using the NordLynx protocol.

For customers looking for a more affordable alternative, we recommend Private Internet Access (PIA), which has consistently performed well with BrightVision, NexTV, and Apollo Group TV.

If your service works properly while connected to a VPN, the issue is likely related to your ISP rather than your IPTV subscription.

IP Support Announcements

Before Contacting Support

Please remember that BrightVision is currently operational. Occasional buffering affecting an individual VOD title, particularly during peak usage, does not by itself indicate a platform outage.

Before opening a support ticket, please:

  • Try another movie, series, or channel to determine whether the issue affects the entire service or only one title.
  • Complete the troubleshooting steps in the knowledgebase article above for persistent looping or playback problems.
  • Test the service while connected to a VPN.
  • Review the latest BrightVision updates on Telegram.
  • Review the latest IP Support Announcements.

Please do not submit support tickets requesting an ETA for the VOD infrastructure expansion or reporting BrightVision as down solely because an individual VOD title is buffering. The service is operational, and the developers are already actively working on further VOD performance improvements.

If you continue experiencing an account-specific or persistent service issue after completing the appropriate troubleshooting, we'll be happy to assist you.

Thank you for choosing BrightVision and for your continued support. The platform has come a long way through the recent upgrades, and continued investment in new infrastructure is intended to make the BrightVision experience even stronger moving forward.
